Absolutely fantastic stay!

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel! the staff was so attentive and helpful, and i felt pampered during my entire visit. i found the fitness center fully equipped. it has modern machines and weights. i even took a morning yoga class. The instructor was very skilled. the complimentary cruise was a very nice touch and offered fine views of the surroundings.
the only tiny issue i noticed was that the wi-fi signal was slightly weak in certain areas of the garden, it barely inconvenienced me though.

The room included a king bed and separate living area. it featured a spacious bathroom with two sinks and a rainfall shower. i enjoyed the private balcony. It offered amazing views of the sea.

the hotel boasts a large infinity pool with plenty of lounge chairs. there is a full-service spa offering various treatments. i saw a well-equipped gym available to all guests and a business center for meetings.

The staff was very attentive to my needs. i requested extra towels, and they were delivered promptly. the concierge helped me arrange a local tour. I felt welcomed by such great attention.

The staff was consistently courteous and professional throughout my visit. Ms. Elizabeth Mookkan from guest relations deserves special recognition. Her proactive approach. The team ensured that every detail was addressed , a detail which I found particularly excellent.
I noticed a slight delay in room service one evening, but the team quickly resolved the issue.

The Luxury Seaview Room King Bed offered excellent views of the harbor. The room included a spacious bathroom complete with two separate sinks. I also enjoyed the convenience of the in-room safe for securing valuables.

the room service delivered delicious kerala fish curry quickly. i really liked the restaurants, they have great views! though the gym, spa, and pool were available too, i didn't use them.
My room key stopped working exactly at 12 pm. This caused a hassle. the promised 20% discount on food and beverages was applied only after i reminded them. There was no apology. so annoying!
